Body Weight Training at Home with Coach Rishi. Coach Rishi is one of Bangkok’s well known leading Private Trainers, and he’s has kindly decided to join our #fromAKARYNwithLOVE campaign here by giving you some basic tricks to do a lot with a little room.

Coach Rishi has been coaching a wide range of clients in Bangkok for the past 10 years. He is Luk khrueng (Thai: ลูกครึ่ง, literally "half-child") - half Thai half Indian, and was born and raised in London, England. After struggling with weight as a child, he chose to live the fitness lifestyle.

Coach Rishi has a conventional strength training approach and also specialises in body transformations. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and has personal experiences contending in physique and strength competitions.
